In 2017 QliQ was commissioned to deliver a fully managed digital campaign to drive sales and improve awareness of NCR’s ePOS solutions.
We created a multi-channel digital campaign encompassing YouTube ads, Google AdWords search, programmatic banner ads and LinkedIn sponsored content.
To support the efforts of these channels, our team built a lead-generating micro-website featuring video case studies and a product benefits overview. A content delivery system was added for users to download the free digital content on offer. This was supported by a remarketing campaign, targeting previous visitors of the micro-site when they didn’t convert during their first visit.
Programmatic and LinkedIn ads were launched, targeting decision makers at large restaurant chains. A content-led approach, which included a downloadable industry trends guide, was used to raise awareness of NCR’s brand. Ad messaging included subtle promotion of the product offering.
In its first quarter the campaign achieved:
- 2m ad impressions
- 10,000+ site visitors
- 140 enquiries from new qualified buyers
- Dozens of eBook downloads from qualified prospects
