QliQ produced a powerful lead generation strategy to help Dods reach new decision makers in a crowded marketplace. With the new strategy in place, Dods Group achieved over £2m of potential business pipeline.
Founded in 1832, Dods is widely regarded as the most respected provider of political intelligence and data, serving over 950 brands in 16 countries.
Dods chose QliQ to deliver and manage a marketing framework to drive new leads, generate trial requests and amplify the company’s online presence.
Our mission was to find and engage with decision-makers through various digital touchpoints. To achieve this, we conducted research to discover who, and where, the ideal prospects were.
A 12-phase campaign was devised around Q, our lead generation platform. High-value content on key political issues was offered for free through Google and LinkedIn. New leads were collected using content download forms on dedicated landing pages. Customer Matching was used to reach prospects who had previously engaged with Dods, either through events, training or via one of their thirteen publications.
We delivered the campaign in accordance with a content schedule planned around key political events. Multiple channels were used including Google AdWords (search), programmatic banner ads and LinkedIn sponsored content. Dedicated landing pages were used to promote content and collect leads.
The campaign achieved well over 1.5m viewable ad impressions, not to mention:
- 9,000 visits to dedicated landing pages
- 279 marketing-qualified leads
- 48 product trial requests
- Total business pipeline worth £2,023,000
